How do SendPyar prices compare with retailers?

The price you pay includes the cost of collecting your payments (charged to us by our bank), special packing, delivery, GST and is fixed for the year. We do charge a bit more than some retailers because of all the extra costs involved. SendPyar helps you plan your gifts with your family and friends in advance.

 

What guarantee is there that the gifts would be delivered I've paid for?

SendPyar is here to help immigrants to plan their gifts delivered to their family in India. We are always here to listen to your concerns and promise you to resolve any issues with 48hrs from your complaint lodgement. Should we be not able to resolve your complaint SendPyar shall refund you the monies paid within 3 working days. We look forward to being around for many years to come!

 

How do I know the products are good quality?

What happens to my payments on public holidays?

Your Direct Debit payment will come out the next working day. If you wish to skip a payment on this day or the day after you will need to let us know before midday on the working day before.

 

What happens once I've placed my order?

You can expect to receive an order confirmation within 30 minutes. (Note: Do check your Junk Folder and trust the SendPyar email address in your settings). Please check all your details carefully as this is what we have on record for you. If any of the details are incorrect please contact us immediately and we will make the necessary changes. How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order by Direct Debit or Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard). Payments can be made daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. If paying by Credit Card you'll need to let us know your 16-digit Credit Card number and your 4-digit expiry date during the checkout process through the secure PayPal payment gateway.

 

Can I order multiple gifts for my family and friends?

Yes. You'll need to place your online gift order by nominating the delivery address of your person you want to gift in India. During the checkout process we will request the gift delivery address. We can keep this a surprise if you wish.

 

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order any time until the Last Change Date (this does not include cancellations, refer to the table below for dates). Just remember that changing your order can lead to an increase or decrease in your payments. This does not include cancellations; please refer to our cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions for full details

 

Can I stop a direct debit payment?

What is a direct debit authority?

A Direct Debit Authority allows a payment to be automatically deducted from your bank account.

• It's safe, saves you time and saves you money (postage, bank fees etc).
• You are in complete control at all times.
• You can cancel/suspend the authority at any time.
• You can leave the authority in place for next year.
• Payments can be adjusted if you miss a payment or change your order.
• By downloading and completing the Direct Debit Authority form you are authorising SendPyar to debit your payments from your chosen account.
• At midnight on the day you have chosen (usually your pay day), our bank debits your account electronically. It's easy. Just fill in the form and then ... relax.

 

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment we will automatically recalculate and slightly increase your future payments so that your order is fully paid by the Final Payment Date. If several payments are missed, we will reduce your order to make the remaining payments easier. We reserve the right to reduce or cancel your payments should your plan fall too far behind. We are not responsible for your bank charges if payments fail. We will charge an administration fee of $5.00 if a payment fails. If you are unable to keep paying, we will reduce your order to the amount you have already paid, and deliver your gifts and/or vouchers. We are happy to discuss your order at any time. What happens if I can't keep up my payments?

We understand that circumstances change and if you are not able to keep paying Simply email us on gifts@sendpyar.com or call the customer support number on +61 2 9636 9656. See also the cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions for full details.

 

Where do you deliver to and when will they arrive?

Domestic: All courier orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your gift. Standard delivery and brand disclaimers apply.

International: All parcels are shipped from the warehouse of our partners. Once the parcels are shipped, you will receive a tracking code to help trace the order.

In the event the address provided is wrong, we regret to inform we will be unable to deliver our gifts. Courier partners sometimes have some delays due to holidays and strikes. We try our best to use the best services but some delays are unavoidable.

 

What you should know about remote deliveries?

All the orders received by 5:00 pm Australian Eastern Standard would be delivered on Next Day.(Note: Deliveries are done all 7 days between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Indian Standard Time).

• The above product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.
• The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
• No time commitment for the deliveries would be entertained.
• Correct and elaborate Address (landmark) and contact number of the recipient is must for placing the order.
• Deliveries of limited flowers (roses, carnations) and products can be done in these cities
• Please note, all standard disclaimers apply.

 

International Orders (More)We are presently offering deliveries only to locations in India. New countries would be added and announced on our website. (Note: Pricing would change based on the country selected)

 

Courier Deliveries Every SendPyar gift bouquet is personally hand-delivered by an industry professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 5:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, Australian Eastern Standard Time. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery

Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance. Express delivery products may not be delivered along with courier products

SendPyar, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested delivery day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. We reserve the right to make deliveries in instalments, which shall not relieve you from your obligation to accept and pay for remaining deliveries. Our service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address.

 

What happens if I change address?

You can change your order any time until the Last payment is received. Just remember that changing your order can lead to an increase or decrease in your payments. A customer service representative will be more than happy to help you change the delivery address if the order has not been processed. SendPyar is unable to cancel or change an order which is/are already in process at the florist, in transit or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered today, call +61 2 9636 9656. For other changes, mail us at gifts@sendpyar.com

No change in instructions can be entertained before 2 working hours (domestic orders) of the date of delivery, unless confirmed by our Customer Service team on email.

No change requests will be entertained for any international order 48 hours (International orders) before the order unless confirmed by our Customer Service team on email.

We are unable to cancel any order unless informed 24 hours (domestic) / 48 hours (international) prior to the delivery date
